| All names/monies and licenses for Kyu gradings must be submitted 2 weeks prior to grading. Failure to do so will result in the pupil waiting a further 3 mths. | |||

| All names/monies/licenses and C.V.'s for Dan Gradings must be submitted no later than 1mth prior to grading. All entrants for Shodan Gradings will be required to take their Anatomy and Kyu revision Test on the specified dates. | |||
