	Sensei Alan Stone 2nd Dan.	Alan is Sensei for both Southend and Brentwood Jikishin Ju-Jitsu clubs. Known in the clubs as Sensei, known outside the clubs as many things including Alan. Alan has been practicing his discipline for more than 8 years (would'nt think he was old enough would you). Alan is also known for his spraying abilities with a spray gun and with his mouth when he has had one or two pints (very very rare !) only kidding. All round a good guy.	More
